As many of you know, National Youth Science Camp delegates since 1963 have been selected by a process initiated by their State Governor. This happens at the invitation of the Governor of the Great State of West Virginia. Governor Arch Moore, Jr., served as the 28th and 30th Governor of West Virginia issuing those invitations during his years in office. Below representatives of the National Youth Science Camp honor Governor Moore for his service and support of the program.
